Whenever I hear a white guy (rapper or no) askin if they can say nigga, I always want to ask them WHY they wanna say it. WHY is it so important that you wanna say it? Why can't you just say something else? Hip-hop's about being yourself, and first off, if you gotta ask, the answer is no. Second, it don't fuckin matter what else, the answer is no.

It's filler anyway. If you got enough room in your bars for that word, you got enough room to rewrite the line so it punches harder/is more clever
