Mr. and Mrs. Reboot
Fox and Regency Enterprises have taken a cue from Paramount and set their phasers for reboot. Or you could say that, like Sony, they're spinning the reboot web. Or perhaps, as Warner Bros. did, they're going back to the Batcave to fire up the Bat-reboot-computer. Anyway, the point is that , just five years after its release, is reportedly getting remade/rebooted/re-something-ed.
New York Magazine's Vulture has the news about the follow-up to the Brad Pitt/Angelina Jolie starrer from 2005, which most certainly won't feature the famous couple this time around.
Dubbed , the film will "serve as an origin story about a similar but differently named couple, showing how a pair of twentysomething spies are set up as a fake married couple when they graduate agency training." , who produced the first film and has also handled pictures such as Hancock and I Am Legend, will produce Jones. There's no word yet on any other creative personnel.
