Man, 82, chokes girlfriend for loading dishwasher wrong

An elderly Florida man allegedly choked his live-in girlfriend because he was unhappy with the way she loaded the dishwasher.

Lillian Keller, 74, told police Joseph Frank Stauch, 82, strangled her until she lost consciousness last week after she loaded dishes into the dishwasher, TC Palm reported. She also told deputies Stauch had beaten her the night before the incident.

The Deltona woman was taken to a local hospital with bruises and cuts on her arms and legs and redness around her neck.

Stauch was charged with battery by strangulation. He was held in Volusia County jail on $5,000 bond.

Maybe she could load a gun better.
