1. No advertisements in folders. Many of you have advertisements in your uploads already, these ones are fine but any post after March 3rd must be free of them. This includes all shortcuts, txt files, etc unless they advertise NOHH or one of our affiliates.

2. No linking to random lame ass download forums you've made. They do not compare to NOHH, they never will, we don't want to see them. Exceptions to this are BOT, blogs, and any sites that are not about downloads.

3. No racism AT ALL. It reflects bad on us as a forum to new members and will not be tolerated.

4. No spamming topics with random letters. It is not hard to post "ty" or "thanks", no need to act like an idiot.

5. No posting GroupRip names in topic titles. Your topic will be deleted, it is your responsibility to know what the rules are.

6. No posting request topics anywhere outside of the request sections unless specified.

7. No multi-accounting. If you make multiple accounts and do not have a good reason to do so, the new account will be deleted and possibly your original one. If you continue to make them, all the accounts WILL be deleted and you will be IP banned.

First offense is a warning
Second offense is a 1 day ban
Third offense is a week ban
Fourth offense is a permanent ban

(All punishments are at the discretion of the individual administrator, and also vary depending on the rule broken. These are just guidelines of what you can expect)
